Another year has gone by, and with it, we’ve got another Rising event in FFXIV. In this quick guide, you’ll find out how to start the event, and what you’ll get as a reward!
In order to participate in this year’s Rising, you need to be at least level 15 Disciple of War or Magic, and find your way to Ul’dah. In the Steps of Nald, you’ll encounter the Wandering Ministrel with a bit of an unusual request, that turns into a wholesome story we want and expect the Rising to be.
Once you’re done with this short but adorable questline, you’ll receive a Clockwork Solus minion. If you happen to be a new player and don’t know who this is, don’t worry, as you’ll definitely develop an interesting relationship with him along the way, and learn to appreciate his special action!
Apart from the main quest reward, you can also visit the Rising Vendor in the Steps of Nald over by the Adventurer’s Guild, and purchase some fun items from the past Rising events to mess around with!
